Deep purple heads and stems - the first in the world and a real showstopper! Large, attractive, purple-green, dome-shaped heads weigh up to 1 lb. each. Uniform heads have tight beads and are full of great flavor. Excellent variety to try in cooler seasons. Can be used raw, stir-fried, roasted, lightly blanched or steamed for the best texture - however it's used, it's sweeter and more tender than traditional green broccoli. Very nutritious and high in anthocyanin. Easy-to grow. Great for bedding plant growers, farmers markets and processing. Stress and heat tolerant.
