63-65 days. Crop times are never delayed because of higher temperatures due to its exceptional heat tolerance! A loose head type cauliflower with very sweet, tender curds that sit on top of long, pale green edible stems. Semi-domed heads grow approx. 8 to 12" wide, weigh up to 4 1/2 lbs., have off-white curds and will never turn bitter in the sun. Excellent fresh or cooked. Plants are fast growing, day-length neutral and have relatively small, wax-coated leaves minimizing water evaporation which helps protect against fungi and insects. If young plants are stressed they will not produce a good curd. Suitable for 6 to 9" pots. High yielder.
