A very popular hot pepper that is used to make the famous Tabasco Sauce with a Scoville rating of 30,000 to 50,000 units. Light yellow-green fruits mature from orange to vibrant red and are easily harvested as they grow almost straight out from the branches. Plants grow tall, producing an abundance of small, 1 to 1-1/2" long, slender fruits. A long-time favorite in the South and the East.
