Thin-walled, slightly wrinkled, yellowish-green, mildly hot fruits grow up to 4" long with 100 to 500 Scoville units. Excellent pickled or in Greek salads. At the green stage, peppers are subtly sweet with a hint of bitterness. When red, they are even sweeter but also have some mild heat. Vigorous plants grow up to 48" . Yields abundantly.
